This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit smacksglobalevents.com or request an invitation to the SMACKS investor webinar.

Who is responsible for your information?

The webinar is presented by Smacks Hamburgers Franchise Ltd, company number 11784086, Block A, Unit 3, 102 Beddington Lane, Croydon, CR0 4YX. This notice covers the webinar website and registration process.

Information collected

• Your first name, last name and email address.
• Your answer about whether you qualify as a High Net Worth Individual or Sophisticated Investor.
• The submission date and time, the page URL and browser/device information supplied by your browser.
• Any information you provide in later correspondence about your invitation or eligibility verification, including records of verification and whether an invitation has been sent.

Website infrastructure providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the service. Please do not enter financial documents or other sensitive information into the registration fields.

Why your information is used

Your details are used to handle your invitation request, review investor eligibility, send relevant joining instructions and webinar communications, answer enquiries, and maintain registration records. Technical information helps operate the website and prevent misuse.

Providing registration information is voluntary, but the required details are needed to process your request. An eligibility answer does not by itself verify your status or guarantee an invitation. Eligibility verification is carried out separately; this form does not make a solely automated decision approving investor access.

Lawful basis

For handling your request, administering the webinar and securing the website, the intended basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who request an invitation, managing access to the briefing and protecting the service. Where specific information must be processed to meet an applicable legal obligation, that obligation provides the basis for that processing.

Storage and service providers

Registration details are sent to Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet. An email notification containing registration details is sent to the webinar administration inbox at admin@quaneqogroup.com. People administering the webinar and eligibility checks may access these records.

The website uses Sites hosting infrastructure provided through OpenAI and Cloudflare. The registration page also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to request them. These providers process the technical information needed to provide their services.

Google, hosting and email services may process information outside the UK. Applicable international transfer arrangements depend on the providers and account settings in use. Contact the administration address above for details of the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your information.

How long information is kept

Retention is determined by the time needed to administer the webinar, complete requested follow-up and eligibility checks, resolve enquiries or disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact the administration address for the retention period applicable to your record or to request deletion. A deletion request may be limited where records must be retained for a lawful reason.

Cookies and website features

The registration page does not include advertising or analytics scripts in its own code. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver and protect the website. Google services and any external websites you visit have their own privacy information.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable information where that right applies.
